Mark Randol - President
Mark retired in 2011 after a 35 year career in the military and Federal civil service. He moved to Oakmont with his wife Fran and became a member of the Symposium Board in 2012 and chairs the Publicity Committee.
Virginia Katz - Vice President
Virginia and her husband Barry moved from Wild Oak to Oakmont in 2008. She is Vice President of the Symposium and also serves on the Publicity and Technical Committees. Virginia is an active Realtor with over 27 years experience serving Sonoma County.

Juanita Roland -Treasurer
Juanita moved from Los Gatos to Oakmont in 2008 and quickly discovered Sunday Symposium, which she now serves as Treasurer. After teaching for several years, Juanita spent the last 30 years of her career managing online information systems in the age before the Internet.
Donna Hopley
Donna moved from Rohnert Park in 2006. She served 18 years as Fiscal Director for two Santa Rosa Non-Profits, then 10 years for two For-Profit manufacturing companies, and prior three positions with the Federal Government moving from MT, NM, TX and then to CA. She is past Treasurer of Oakmont Sunday Symposium 2007-12, and five years for the Grandparent's Club. She served on the Oakmont Communications Committee and the Oakmont Finance Committee. Currently is Treasurer of The Fitness Club and serving on the Symposium Publicity Committee.
Hugh Wilder
Hugh serves on the Program Committee of the Oakmont Sunday Symposium. He is Professor of Philosohy Emeritus at the College of Charleston. He and his wife moved to Oakmont in 2010.
Steve Spanier
Steve Spanier retired from a career in high technology in 2000. In addition to the Sunday Symposium board, he is also on the board of the Oakmont Boomers Club and serves as their Communications Director. He and his wife Elaine Booth moved to Oakmont in February 2013 and are active in many Oakmont clubs and dinner groups. Steve is also a licensed CA real estate broker.
Jim Brewer
Jim moved to Oakmont in July of 2012 and serves on the Publicity Committee. He retired in 2009 after a long career with the San Francisco Chronicle, where he last served as the paper's National and Foreign Editor.
K Jenkins
K was President of the Oakmont Sunday Symposium from April 2010 until December 2013. He is now a member of the Program Planning committee. He retired after a career as Electrical Engineer at IBM and moved to Oakmont in 2008.
Jim Carty
Jim retired his CA Licenses as architect, construction management and inspector of record in 2008. His unusual technical knowledge of wood, steel and concrete construction were utilized in large projects for structural manufacturers, the US Air Force and the US Congress. Jim has actively helped fight against Polio as a member of Rotary International since 1988.
